RCMC Clubhouse Rules
Fees:
A fee of $100.00 must be paid in advance when the clubhouse is reserved for a
private function. A contract and release of liability must be signed at
the same time. Upon release of the facility, it will be inspected. If it
is in the same condition as when accepted, then $50.00 will be returned.
The remaining $50.00 will go toward utilities and upkeep. Should there
be breakage or damage in excess of the deposit, the property owner(s)
will be billed for the difference. If the bill is not paid within two
weeks after receipt, the property owner(s) will be denied further use of
any RCMC facilities until paid. If not paid within 30 days, a lien will
be filed.
Reservations & Rules:
1. Board of Directors Meetings and any community-wide functions will take precedence.
2. Any RCMC property owner(s) with an account in good standing may reserve the clubhouse for a private
function. These reservations must be made in person, fee paid and contract signed. This can be done by
appointment with the Board Secretary.
3. The person(s) making the reservation must be in attendance at all times during their function.
4. Use of the Pavilion is not included with use of the clubhouse. If you desire to reserve the Pavilion as well,
a separate reservation must be made. The pool can never be reserved.
5. The clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.
6. The normal park hours are 9 AM to 10:30 PM. The clubhouse and surrounding area must routinely be cleaned
and cleared by closing.
